Peak Productivity Academy

Practical productivity for the way people really work

Work can become difficult in surprisingly predictable places. Getting started, deciding what matters first, managing time, staying focused, keeping track of everything and following through when the day keeps changing.

Peak Productivity Academy provides practical learning that helps people understand where work gets stuck and build strategies that make it easier to move forward consistently.

Our first programme

ADHD: Productivity that sticks

Tiny wins, clear systems, daily progress

You can be capable, committed and good at what you do, and still find certain parts of work much harder than they seem they should be.

Getting started. Deciding what to do first. Managing time. Staying focused. Keeping track of everything. Or getting work over the finish line.

ADHD: Productivity that sticks is a practical, self-paced programme designed to help you understand where you get stuck and build strategies that make everyday work easier to manage.

You don't need to overhaul the way you work. The focus is on small, realistic changes that are easier to use and, importantly, easier to keep using.

Hello, I am Wanda

I’ve been working in the productivity space since 2007, helping people and teams find practical ways to manage busy working lives. I also have a background in psychology, so I’m particularly interested in the human side of productivity: what gets in the way, why good intentions don't always turn into action, and what can make work easier to manage.

When capable employees get stuck

For organisations

ADHD: Productivity that sticks gives employees practical strategies for the parts of work they find difficult, with dedicated guidance for managers on how to provide useful support without needing to diagnose, label or make assumptions.
