Peak Productivity Academy is a brand operated by Working Smart Management Consultancies, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
These Purchase & refund terms apply to programmes and licenses purchased directly from Peak Productivity Academy through this website or directly from Working Smart Management Consultancies.
Additional terms may apply to a particular programme, corporate license, proposal or agreed service. Where additional terms have been agreed in writing for a corporate purchase, those terms will apply alongside these terms.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
An individual programme purchase provides access for one person only, unless the product description expressly states otherwise.
Access may not be shared with another person. Course videos, workbooks, templates, downloads and other programme materials may not be copied, reproduced, resold, redistributed, published or made available to others except where expressly permitted in writing.
Programme access is also subject to our Course access terms.
Our programmes contain digital content that becomes available shortly after purchase. Please review the programme description carefully before purchasing.
We do not normally provide a refund simply because you change your mind after programme access has been provided.
However, please contact us if:
you have been charged more than once for the same purchase;
you paid for a programme but did not receive access;
the programme provided is materially different from what was described at the time of purchase;
a significant technical problem attributable to us prevents you from using the programme and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable period; or
you believe you are entitled to a refund or other remedy under applicable law.
Where appropriate, we may first attempt to resolve the problem by restoring access, correcting the issue or providing the programme or materials in another reasonable way.
Where a refund or other remedy is required under applicable law, those legal rights will apply regardless of anything stated in this policy.
Corporate licenses may be purchased directly through the website where that option is available or arranged directly with Working Smart Management Consultancies.
For corporate purchases arranged directly, the applicable proposal, quotation, invoice or other written agreement may set out additional terms including pricing, payment arrangements, participant numbers, access and any agreed implementation requirements.
Where specific terms have been agreed in writing for a corporate purchase, those terms will apply alongside these general terms and will take precedence if there is any conflict.
Corporate licenses provide access for the number of participants stated in the relevant purchase, invoice, proposal or written agreement. Access may not be shared with additional participants or transferred outside the purchasing organisation unless agreed in writing.
Where an organisation purchases a five-person corporate pilot under the offer currently advertised by Peak Productivity Academy, the pilot fee may be credited towards a subsequent purchase of 25 or more licenses made within 60 days of the pilot purchase.
The pilot fee is applied as a credit towards the qualifying larger license purchase. It is not exchangeable for cash and is not payable as a separate cash refund.
Any different pilot terms agreed in writing with an organisation will take precedence.
The price and currency applicable to a purchase will be shown on the relevant product page, checkout, quotation, invoice or proposal.
Individual online purchases are normally paid through the payment options provided at checkout.
Corporate purchases may be paid online where available or invoiced directly by Working Smart Management Consultancies. Where an invoice or written payment terms have been issued, payment is due in accordance with the terms stated on that document.
Any applicable taxes, including VAT, will be handled in accordance with applicable UAE tax requirements.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment must be received before programme access is provided.
If you experience a problem with a purchase, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible so that we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve it.
Please include the email address used for the purchase and enough information for us to identify the transaction.
